Report AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA has errors

SAP Note 1927815 - Solution Manager Background jobs cancelled

Symptom

The SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP job is failing and also an error in REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT as follows 'No customer numbers maintained in view V_AISAPCUSTNOS'.

Environment

SAP Solution Manager 7.01 EHP1 and also Solution Manager 7.1

Reproducing the Issue

1. Execute transaction SM37.
2. Job Name 'SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP', the User '*' and the date to the day before since it's a daily job and execute.
3. The above job canceled and the job log indicates an error 'Report AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA has errors'.

Cause

The table 'V_AISAPCUSTNOS' missing the customer number.

Resolution

1. Execute transaction SE16.
2. Table Name 'V_AISAPCUSTNOS' and enter.
3. Switch to EDIT mode and click on 'New Entries'.
4. Update the Customer Number and Save.
5. Then execute job ' REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT' followed by 'SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP'.
6. That will address the issue.
