SAPOSCOL not running (shared
memory not available)
Check detail analysis-> file system->file system
monitor
Other option is go to RZ20->SAP CCMS Monitor Templates->Operating
System
Then
Start SAPOSCOL
Then increase the virtual memory from windows
Set system managed size
After change the same restart is required but first you
check ST02
In ST02, double-click on "table definition" and
then click on button "current parameters". Then you'll see that the
parameter " rsdb/ntab/entrycount"
is controlling this buffer.
To change it, you can click on the button "Profile maintenance" or go into tcode RZ10 manually.
Open the instance profile and look for the parameter above. If it's not there, it just means that it has not been changed before. You'll have to create the parameter in the profile and assign the new value to it.
The default value is 20000. You can increase it to 30000 and see if you still have many swaps in ST02. It's ok to have approx 1000 swaps per day, as long as the hit ratio is above 99% for this buffer.
