Download Manager - Windows 8 - Install - Failed to load DLL
First go to -
2.Copy it to a directory where it can permanently reside.
3.Open a shell ("command prompt") and change directory (type: cd 'the directory name') to the directory in which the Download Manager Java Archive was copied.
4.At the prompt, type: java -classpath "DLManager.jar" dlmanager.Application
The Download Manager application will start up.
First go to -
Then
download which version you want and download Jar file also
Follow
the below step:

3.Open a shell ("command prompt") and change directory (type: cd 'the directory name') to the directory in which the Download Manager Java Archive was copied.
4.At the prompt, type: java -classpath "DLManager.jar" dlmanager.Application
The Download Manager application will start up.
Fill User name & Password
